Body Talk is a type of holistic medicine that is based on the idea that our bodies have the great capacity to heal ourselves but due to stress, emotional blockages, environmental toxins, etc. it doesn't function at optimal capacity. So what the practitioner does is uses our body's energy to break up these blockages and promote healing. I may have been a sceptic at first but I found it to be very consistent with science. We know that every cell of our body is effected by energy and that our thoughts and emotions are forms of energy so it makes sense to me that they could have such a powerfull influence on our overall health. P.S. The Chinese Gender Calender says I'm having a Boy so it will be interesting to see which is right. I can't wait to find out either way.

This is interesting Natasha! I definitely believe that our experiences/thoughts etc can influence the way we labor, so it doesn't seem so crazy to me. Sometimes, the "hokey" things make all the difference.
