Halloween!

Mark's Birthday!

Mark's birthday was really low-key this year. We made him breakfast in bed and then he went to work. I spent a few weeks leading up to his birthday compiling memories about Mark from his family and friends and then gave them to him that night. I got the idea here.

He had a lot of good laughs reading them all.

He requested apple pie for his birthday cake so I did my best to make it from scratch which I've never done before.
